Weather you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this prenatal yoga class caters to all levels of experience. Join a welcoming community of mamas, where you can share experiences, build friendships, connect with your baby, & receive encouragement throughout your pregnancy journey.

For the month of August, Mamas are welcome to bring a female friend with them for free.
