Unlike medical professionals, birth doulas do not provide medical care but rather focus on empowering & supporting the mama throughout her pregnancy and labor. Their role includes offering comfort measures, helping with relaxation techniques, assisting with birth plans, & providing guidance & reassurance to the mama & her partner. Birth doulas offer personalized support tailored to mamas needs & preferences.
